All Good L.
The customer service here is consistently good. I am going to butcher this girls name Rylnn, don't quite remember the spelling but she was very kind and provided me with excellent customer service. The music is not too loud and the parking is always available. I also appreciate the customer service of Kyle and Caroline, both were welcoming and kind.

Go in. Get my coffee beans ground for espresso. Leave. That's all I want. I don't know what it's like during peak times, but I've never had a problem. Everyone has always been friendly and the coffee is excellent!

Barista, Caroline, makes an OUTSTANDING carmel coconut latte. The best ever!!!! Not to mention.....she adds a gorgeous artistic design to top it off. Give that girl a raise!!! A big raise. She makes CBTL look good!! And well worth paying $500+ a month for delicious coffee drinks. Trust me.... I travel all over California to various CBTL's and not everyone has her talent. In fact; at times the drinks are so bad... I send them back but not with "Sweet Caroline." She's the best!

This may be an overshare but this coffee place is always my after therapy stop. I come here get a bagel and a giant latte and sit in bask in the aggressively neat and calm atmosphere that is coffee bean and tea leaf. The staff is really sweet and are always strangely supportive of my choice to get a second cream cheese with my bagel. Overall it's a super lovely place that never feels like a chain and the coffee (I'm just gonna say it) it better than Starbucks. It just is.

Do yourself a favor and go to the Westlake Coffee Bean! The service is poor and the lines are slow. There was no offer to warm up my cranberry breakfast bar as has been always been done. My coffee had chunks of no sugar added vanilla and there was an eye roll when I pleasantly requested a little more stirring. She would not even respond with a "your welcome" when thanked.
